A deposit can be collected at the moment of booking, with the amount and the rule set per service.
The confirmation goes out on booking and the reminder before the appointment, in the channel the customer used.
Customers move their own booking inside the window you set, and outside it the request goes to your team.
Which slots go unused, which customers do not turn up, and where the gaps sit in the week.
Setup
We build the booking flow around the calendars, services and rules you already run.
Services, durations, staff, branches and the rules you enforce by hand at the moment.
Availability, deposits, reminder timing and reschedule windows set to your policy.
Overrides, double bookings and awkward requests land with a person on your team.
Who it’s for
When the calendar is the product, the booking has to be right the first time.
Several practitioners, several rooms, and a front desk that is often with a client.
Appointments tied to crews and areas rather than to a single desk.
Fewer, longer sessions where a missed slot costs the whole block.
FAQ
Either. Where an off-the-shelf scheduler covers your rules we use one and connect it properly. Where it does not, we build the booking page so your services, staff and deposit rules are actually enforced.
Yes. Availability is kept per staff member and per location, so a customer picking a branch only sees what that branch can actually serve.
Deposits can be collected at booking through a payment provider you already use, with the amount set per service. Which providers apply to you is confirmed in discovery.
Not usually. If it does what you need, we connect it to the rest of the system rather than replace it. We only recommend moving when it is the thing blocking the rules you want enforced.
