FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Shopify or custom?
Both are on the table. Shopify when the store is standard and you want to run it yourself. A custom build when the site has to fit around booking, jobs or a system we are already building. We recommend once we have seen what the site has to do.
Do you write the copy?
We write the structure and a first draft, then ask you for the parts only you know: your services, your rules, your prices. If you already have a writer, we build around their copy.
Who hosts it?
Hosting is set up in your own account, so the site, the domain and the code stay yours. We can manage it for you, or hand over the keys and stay out of it.
Can you fix our current site instead?
Often, yes. If the existing site is sound we improve it: speed, mobile, forms, booking and the wiring behind them. If it is fighting you, rebuilding usually costs less than patching, and we will say so.
