What’s included

The weekly report, without the weekly assembly.

One dashboard fed from the systems you already run, with the definitions written down so the figures stop moving.

[01]

One dashboard across CRM, bookings, payments and ops

The figures that live in four different tools are brought together onto one screen with one set of filters.

[02]

Refreshed automatically

The dashboard pulls on a schedule you choose, so nobody has to remember to update it before a meeting.

[03]

Weekly summary sent to Slack or email

The headline figures arrive where your team already reads, on the morning you want to see them.

[04]

Drill-down to the record

Every figure opens into the rows behind it, so a question about a number ends at the record instead of an argument.

[05]

Exports

Any view exports to CSV for your accountant, your board pack or your own spreadsheet.

[06]

Definitions written down so numbers match

What counts as a booking, a sale or a collection is agreed and documented, so two people reading the same tile agree.

Setup

How we set it up.

A dashboard is only as good as the definitions under it, so that is where the setup starts.

[01]

We map how you work today

Which questions you ask every week, where each answer currently comes from, and who assembles it today.

[02]

We configure it around your rules

The definitions, the sources, the refresh schedule and who is allowed to see which view.

[03]

Your team stays in charge of exceptions

Figures that look wrong are traced back to the record, and the source system stays the place they get fixed.

Who it’s for

For the people who ask for the numbers.

Not more reporting. The same reporting, standing ready instead of assembled on request.

Owners and GMs

One screen that answers the Monday questions without chasing three people for it.

Ops leads

Jobs, bookings, response times and backlog in one view instead of four open tabs.

Finance

Collections, balances and exports drawn from the same records the operations team works in.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Which tools can you pull from?

The common ones your business already runs: CRMs, booking systems, payment tools, spreadsheets and databases. Where a tool exposes an API or an export, it can feed the dashboard. We confirm each source during discovery before anything is promised.

Do you work with Google Sheets?

Yes, both as a source and as a destination. Where a spreadsheet is the real system of record, it stays one and is read on a schedule rather than replaced on day one.

How fresh are the numbers?

That is a choice, not a limit. Some tiles are worth pulling through the day, others once each morning. We set the schedule per source, and the dashboard says when it last refreshed.

Who writes the definitions?

You do, with us. We draft what each tile means from how your team already talks about it, you correct it, and the agreed wording ships alongside the dashboard.

Have the numbers waiting on Monday.

Tell us what you ask for every week and we will map where each answer lives.
